Hey It's Nikita!

I’m a Georgia peach currently thriving among the sunflowers in Kansas. Writing is my passion, my first love (though reading is a close second), and my purpose. Toni Morrison is my muse, and I love all things Blackity Black (I’m rooting for everybody Black!). As a Black woman writer, I understand the power of my voice, though the world often tries to silence it.

My mission is to impact the world through storytelling that centers on Black women and our experiences. The journey from staying up late at night reading and writing to becoming an author hasn’t been easy, but I’m committed to leaving a legacy of writing, Black womanhood, and creativity.
