Hey It's Nikita!

I'm a Georgia peach currently thriving among the sunflowers in Kansas. Writing is my passion, first love (reading is a close second), and purpose. Toni Morrison is my muse. I love all things Blackity Black (I'm rooting for everybody Black!). As a Black woman writer, I understand the power of my voice, although the world tries to silence it. My mission is to impact the world through storytelling centering on Black women and our experiences. The process of transforming from the girl staying up late at night reading and writing into an author hasn't been easy, but I'm committed to leaving a legacy of writing, Black womanhood, and creativity on the world.
